As seasons change

IMG_2141As seasons change and the weather is colder, eat warm, cooked foods more of the time. If you chose to eat something like a salad, do it around mid-day, when the sun is high, so your own digestion will resonate with the daily cycle…Our digestion naturally slows down after the sun sets, and we should avoid -if at all possible- eating late at night…or eat very sparingly. Eating too close to bedtime (2-3 hrs before is best) is one of the biggest reasons why people get problems like reflux!
