All things we want to get good at take practice

Screen Shot 2011-12-25 at 4.06.32 PMAll things we want to get good at take practice.

Whether we are learning to ride a bike, to play an instrument, a new language, a sport, a craft…to becoming a doctor, a lawyer etc.

The same is true for spiritual cultivation.

And, the best way to learn is through repetition.

In the beginning everything is difficult.

In the middle, at best unstable.

In the end, it becomes second nature.

Practice. Practice. Practice!
