Patience is the practice of Peace

Screen Shot 2013-03-01 at 7.42.51 AM“Patience is the practice of Peace”

It is being content with whatever is going on; with persons, with situations, with conditions, with ourselves…

It is not wanting for things to be different than they are ‘right where we find ourselves’…

We often say things like “I was waiting patiently…” but waiting has nothing to do with patience. It implies impatience.

Breathe in and breathe out…:)

All is well.
