However, it requires that we take responsibility for our body, breath and mind – and, on a daily basis.
If we always look for something -or someone- ‘outside’ of ourselves to ‘fix’ us…our prana will sit back and wait for that, instead of working for our ultimate benefit.
It is advisable to have some daily practices for self care — and if we don’t have some already – to start some. It may feel difficult in the beginning, but in the long run we will have greater health, along with more peace and clarity to go on with our lives!
