Our feelings, thoughts, perceptions — all our experiences of our world is our very own mental representation of ‘reality’.

The scriptures tell us that the nature of mind is momentary — that a thought lasts 1/60th of a fingersnap — longer that that and we are keeping it in our awareness by focusing on it, by paying attention to whatever it may be…

We can change our reality by training our mind to work for us.
